Intellimouse Optical 1.1 Driver
- Intellimouse Optical Anyone have any idea where to find some genuine, 1.1 or 1.1a intellimouse optical mice? Microsoft obviously made new versions of the explorer, but not the regular optical.
- Both the MS wheel mouse and intellimouse optical now list 'adjustable up to 9000 FPS' or whatever. Still kind of hoping there's a mouse geek out there that knows whether this implies that Microsoft actually HAS upgraded the sensor in these mice from the IE 3.0 sensor.

(23 comments)I am currently building a PC and returning to playing games after ~6 year break.
I had previously used an IMO 1.1a @ 500hz for about a decade and am looking for a modern replacement. (Picture of the mouse in question - http://imgur.com/a/RJ6sr)
I would still use this mouse but I don't want to mess around with Windows drivers to set the mouse hz on LAN.
Can anyone recommend a mouse with the closest shape to this? I've had a search online but not many people mention the classic windows mice (3.0, IMO, WMO) in their comparisons anymore.
Thanks!
